The VIMATA Group is bundling its commitment to Next Era HR under the new humera brand. The aim is to create human-centric HR technology that takes the pressure off employees, simplifies processes and consistently puts people at the center.

Munich, January 22, 2026 – The VIMATA Group today unveiled humera, its new central brand for Next Era HR. In future, all activities and products for modern, human-centric HR will be brought together under humera. The integrated Next Era HR suite is based on the Group’s established software solutions, including dataglobal, GeCOSoft,
perbit, vysoft and windream.

The VIMATA Group thus covers all the central building blocks of modern HR and digital workplace solutions – from document and process management, resource management such as desk and room sharing and fleet management to dedicated HR functions such as recruiting, personnel management, digital personnel files, company integration management (BEM) and time recording. With more than 5,000 realized customer projects, the company also has extensive practical experience in a wide range of industries.

“With humera, we are ushering in a new era in which HR processes, resource management and intelligent access to processes, data and documents are brought together holistically – smarter, simpler and more value-oriented,” says Nicolas Schwarzpaul, CEO of the VIMATA Group. “We start with the people who use our products and offer them the modern working environment they want and deserve.”

humera is the new brand for Next Era HR

Human-centric: people at the heart of modern solutions humera consists of three pillars: The new HR suite relieves HR departments and HR managers
through centralized HR processes, less duplication of work and media disruptions as well as the automation of recurring tasks. This leaves more room for strategic and creative HR work.

Employees can organize their entire working day in self-service. From booking shared desks, rooms or parking spaces to requests for new work equipment, project-related time recording and managing absences and travel expenses. Greater transparency and planning security with regard to tasks, resources and availability significantly reduce the amount of coordination required on a day-to-day basis.

The third pillar, Business Intelligence, establishes the connection to all relevant data and documents in the company that employees need for their respective tasks. Modern, customizable dashboards provide networked data in the right context as well as transparency through traceable processes. Thanks to reduced search effort and faster access to information, this single point of truth ultimately enables better decisions to be made.

A new, modern user experience creates an appealing digital working environment that does justice to the massively changing hybrid working realities, enables secure working from anywhere and promotes the important cultural exchange onsite.

humera follows a consistently human-centered approach. The focus is not on rigid processes, but on the needs of the people in the company. “HR tech must empower people, not burden them. It unfolds its benefits when it works intuitively and provides support in the background,” says
Schwarzpaul, explaining the software manufacturer’s mindset

Enormous potential for existing customers and partners

For existing customers and partners of the widely used ECM solutions dataglobal CS and windream as well as the vysoft solutions for resource management, the human-centric digital workplace opens up many new opportunities. They benefit from the continuous further development of the existing software packages and can also open up new areas of application and innovations with humera. The first example is an app that offers all employees uncomplicated access to the processes and services of the human-centric digital workplace.
“We are taking the digital workplace to the next level with the integration of HR services and a new, consistently human-centric UX. humera stands for a new generation of software solutions that are more human, not more complex. We look forward to inspiring existing as well as new customers and partners with the
extended possibilities,” explains Patrick Schumacher, CRO of the VIMATA Group.

Integrated solution based on low-code

Following the brand launch, humera’s vision will be implemented step by step. The existing product landscapes will be merged into a comprehensive suite. An important building block is the company’s own low-code platform WFX, which makes it possible to configure individual processes independently and flexibly and to implement new functions without extensive programming knowledge. Processes can thus be efficiently automated, dynamically adapted and continuously optimized. The starting point is always the user – from HR professionals to employees and potential talent. Operating concepts and workflows are fundamentally rethought.

The VIMATA Group will be presenting the first expansion stages of the Next Era HR suite under the humera brand at the upcoming HR trade fairs such as Zukunft Personal Nord and Süd in the spring.

A detailed insight into the new HR suite will be provided in the webcast “HR in the jungle of requirements: Get more clarity with humera” next Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10 a.m. Free registration at: https://eu01web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_lAl9YOuCQ1GIoD–7FFSQA#/registration
