Boss Info is a leading provider of industry solutions, consulting, ICT solutions and services for SMEs in Switzerland. Long-standing cooperation in the DMS environment is now being significantly expanded

Every day, more than 1,500 customers rely on the expertise of Boss Info’s more than 300 specialists in the digitalization of business processes. Numerous customers such as SR Technics, bring! and Rehasys have been using Boss Info’s DMS solutions based on dataglobal CS for many years. Due to the extended partnership, Boss Info now also has access to the windream product line for ECM and BPM, which perfectly complements and continues the previous solutions. The recently released version 9 of windream enables more efficiency in an intelligent and flexible working environment through innovative AI support in the DMS and a modern user experience with the Dynamic Workspace.

New to the Boss Info portfolio are the vysoft solutions for resource management, which are native cloud solutions for Microsoft SharePoint and help to use rooms, office space and other resources more efficiently. They complement the digital workplace with digital room signage and desk booking right through to the physical office world. The solutions have already been widely introduced in Switzerland and are being used successfully by the city of Zurich, the Hirslanden clinics, Apleona Switzerland and the Schaffhausen police force, for example.

With his extensive experience of more than twelve years in sales management and product development, Patrick Schumacher will shape and drive the company’s sales strategy and support the Group’s sales teams in their joint successes.

Within the dataglobal Group, Schumacher will be responsible for sales for the entire group, which was formed from the merger of four successful companies. The new windream 9 basic system offers an even better performance by implementing the unique VFS-X technology also for share drives. VFS-X as a virtual file system allows users to save and edit documents in a windream drive in exactly the same way as in a normal network drive under Windows and also maps the required ECM functions in the Windows Explorer. This is a great advantage for users, as they can stay in their familiar working environment without having to get used to new tools or user interfaces. This not only increases productivity, but also considerably simplifies the integration of ECM functions into the daily work routine. windream 9 now also supports Microsoft Entra ID for secure authentication.
