Accessibility independently confirmed

The independent certification using the extended test procedure BIK BITV-Test + WCAG 2.2 (Web) confirms that vysoft BEM can be used barrier-free – even if users have limitations in seeing, hearing, moving or processing information. “It was obvious for us to have the high user-friendliness of this solution externally tested and confirmed, also with regard to accessibility,” says Laurent Wicht, Managing Director of dataglobal Munich and expert in the digitalization of corporate integration management. “All solutions in the vysoft family are based on Microsoft SharePoint as a platform and integrate seamlessly into the Microsoft 365 user experience, with which virtually all users are very familiar. Fulfilling legal obligations safely and avoiding legal risks

Microsoft SharePoint as a proven platform

The Microsoft SharePoint-based solution can be implemented quickly and without major technical effort both on-premises and in the Microsoft 365 Cloud and is characterized by its intuitive use. It works seamlessly with external HR solutions such as SAP HCM, Sage or Datev as well as with the in-house digital personnel file in the context of vysoft PVS (personnel administration system), so that data can be exchanged without any problems. This means that, for example, suggestions for potential BEM cases can be automatically generated from absences in time recording and all relevant information can be fed back into the personnel file.
