If you call up the web client via your browser, you will be taken to the clearly laid out start page. Here you have a complete overview: You can see your recently opened documents, your favorites, saved queries, checked-out documents, recently archived documents and your e-mail notifications.

You can choose between two views for the hierarchy list: the list view or groupings.

Search within the web client
The web client offers various search options. These include the search via stamp or full text, the faceted search and the search via the e-file (dynamic hierarchy).

The facet search
The faceted search is perfect for filtering particularly large hit lists. This allows you to find the documents you need quickly and reliably, even in complex databases.

The hit list
As part of your search, you can conveniently scroll through the hit list with a direct view of the document in the preview window.

Working with documents within the web client
Display documents in the preview window, use the full text search and highlighting in the document as well as the annotation function.

Share documents
Sharing your documents is also no problem in the web client. You decide whether your document or folder is shared as an email attachment, as a private link within the organization or as a public link with two-factor authentication.
