*The upgrade to windream 9 allows access to the new features, but additional configurations are required for the full use of some functions. These are not included in the standard upgrade price. We will be happy to advise you individually on the optimal adjustments for your company.

**These fixed prices are valid for an inplace update of the windream basic components, including Server, Objectstore, Dynamic Workspace (DW) and WebService, a productive and a test system as well as a test client. Interfaces to third-party systems such as ERP, CRM or financial accounting systems (FiBu) as well as mail archiving, windream BPM and all windream add-on modules are explicitly excluded from this regulation. Within the scope of the agreed fixed price for the update of the basic components, a cost evaluation regarding the additional modules can be carried out on request. Billing for the update of additional modules that go beyond the basic components shall then be based on the actual expenditure incurred at the conditions to be agreed. The same applies if a change of hardware or operating system is required in the course of the update. Migrations from windream versions 4.x or older always require an individual and complete cost estimate.
