With windream 9, the dataglobal Group has taken the next step in the further development of its DMS/ECM solutions.
The new version integrates AI to answer user requests for any document stored in windream.
Thus, the windream user can, for example, ask support questions concerning windream applications within the documentation.
Thus, the user receives an answer to his software-related questions in the form of a summary within seconds.
On the other hand, the AI also answers questions about all other documents in the user’s database, such as contracts or invoices.
The user therefore has the option of reading out invoice documents using AI, for example.
How the AI feature works in windream 9
- First, the user selects the desired document.
- It is now possible to ask any question about the content of the document in the AI chat.
- The answer appears in a compact, summarized form in a matter of seconds.
The big advantage: the user does not have to search the document manually and receives the desired answer immediately.
