windream 9 integrates AI
Mit windream 9 gelingt der dataglobal Group der nächste Schritt in der Weiterentwicklung ihrer DMS-/ECM-Lösungen. Die neue Version integriert KI, um Anwenderanfragen zu jeglichen in windream abgelegten Dokumenten zu beantworten.
So kann der windream-User z. B. Support-Fragen zu windream-Anwendungen innerhalb der Dokumentation stellen. Der Nutzer erhält so in Sekundenschnelle eine Antwort auf seine Software-bezogenen Fragen in Form einer Zusammenfassung.
Zum anderen beantwortet die KI auch Fragen zu allen weiteren Dokumenten im Datenbestand des Nutzers, beispielsweise zu Verträgen oder Rechnungen. Der Anwender hat somit z. B. die Möglichkeit, Rechnungsbelege mittels KI auszulesen.
How the AI feature works in windream 9
- Zuerst wählt der Nutzer das gewünschte Dokument aus.
- Nun besteht die Möglichkeit, jede beliebige Frage zum Inhalt des Dokuments im KI-Chat zu stellen.
- Die Antwort erscheint in Sekundenschnelle in kompakter, zusammengefasster Form. Der große Vorteil: Der Anwender spart sich die manuelle Suche im Dokument und erhält unmittelbar die gewünschte Antwort.
Increased integration of AI in the future
Das Feature integriert erstmals künstliche Intelligenz in die Softwarelösung. Ein wichtiger Schritt in der Weiterentwicklung des windream-DMS und zudem ein Signal für die verstärkte Integration von KI in das Produktportfolio der dataglobal Group.
