New chatbot: extension for dg archive web client
The dg archive web client is being continuously developed to improve the user experience and open up new areas of application.
In future, the AI chatbot will provide users with valuable assistance when using dg archive.
The AI chatbot complements the existing information offering (online help, technical documentation, training) and illustrates the dataglobal Group’s intention to increasingly integrate artificial intelligence into its portfolio in the future.
What can the dataglobal Group’s AI chatbot do?
Put simply, the chatbot is an automated computer program that is trained with product-specific documentation and uses this learned information to answer text-based questions from users.
The use of generative AI increases the performance of the tool.
This is particularly evident when answering more complex questions, such as
- “How do I configure the authorization for a department?“
or - “What are document types and departments?”
The aim is to provide more comprehensive information on a specific topic and to help the user with specific questions.
How to start a conversation with the chatbot
To make it easier for you to start a conversation with the AI chatbot or to speed up your request, a selection of “quick questions” is available.
Here you can choose between pre-formulated questions without having to type them yourself.
The selection is based on standard questions that are frequently asked by users.
