Efficient room management and desk sharing with vysoft
In September 2022, the law firm introduced vysoft DSM, followed by vysoft RMS in December of the same year. Before the changeover, older software was used for workplace and room management, but it was technically outdated. The problem: the many manual steps resulted in an enervating amount of extra work for the employees. With the vysoft solutions, Möhrle Happ Luther finally found a modern and efficient alternative that has made day-to-day work much easier ever since.
Simple integration into the Microsoft environment
After a short period of research, the vysoft solutions were quickly convincing, especially due to their easy integration into the law firm’s existing Microsoft environment. Since the coronavirus pandemic, Möhrle Happ Luther has increasingly been using MS Teams, into which vysoft could be seamlessly integrated. The dataglobal Group’s solution also impressed with its flexibility and the provider’s pragmatic approach, which meant that the implementation went smoothly.
But the gut feeling was also decisive: the dataglobal Group is not an impersonal large corporation, and vysoft is a user-friendly, yet flexibly scalable solution. We were particularly impressed by the pragmatic approach of the vysoft team, who carried out the implementation quickly and smoothly and clarified all open questions immediately. Within a very short time, the employees of Möhrle Happ Luther were able to successfully use the vysoft solutions for their daily workplace bookings and the organization of office space.

Employees benefit from simple operation via MS Teams
As the employees were already familiar with MS Teams, vysoft RMS and DSM did not present them with any major challenges. The management of workstations and room bookings is clear and easy via the Microsoft software – whether via PC, notebook or business cell phone on the way to work. This is a crucial point, as complicated handling of the software has a deterrent effect and makes employees reluctant to use it.
“Room booking via the vysoft RMS was particularly well received by the staff,” says Martin Landahl, legal specialist at Möhrle Happ Luther. “Even some of our partners now book their rooms themselves when they are on site with us. The feedback is great.” The RMS solution makes it possible to organize and design meetings efficiently. The room booking system can be used to plan room occupancy, seating arrangements, technical equipment and even catering. “It makes work noticeably easier for everyone involved, as the organization is now quick and straightforward,” says Martin Landahl.
