Creating digitalized workplaces – the digital workplace of Stadtwerke Gießen
Task definition
Stadtwerke Gießen wanted to improve customer communication and process customer and partner inquiries faster and more precisely. In order to achieve this, a digital workplace and digital processes were to optimally support the employees of Stadtwerke in this endeavor.
Solution
All relevant information from the SAP system and other relevant sources is brought together in dataglobal CS and made available in the digital workplace. Processes are converted into digital workflows and mapped in the standardized web-based interface. Throughput times are shortened and processes are processed more easily and quickly.

The digital processes enable Stadtwerke Giessen to respond more quickly to inquiries from customers and business partners. Customer satisfaction is significantly increased and thus the competitiveness of Stadtwerke Gießen. The individual departments can actively participate in the further development of the dataglobal CS platform and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of digital processes. The dataglobal CS platform is future-proof and expandable.
